We want you to love your Coodlin sheets. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Our Promise

We stand behind every order. If your sheets arrive damaged, incorrect, or don't arrive at all — we'll fix it. No runaround, no punishment, no complicated return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sheets arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hector@coodlin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video clearly showing the damage or defect

Once we review your submission, we'll offer a full refund or a replacement — your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong color, size, or a missing item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hector@coodlin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of what you received, the original packaging, and the shipping label

We'll send the correct item or issue a full refund immediately.

Order Never Arrived

If your tracking shows your order is still in transit after 45 business days from your ship date, or your tracking has gone inactive, contact us at hector@coodlin.com with your order number. We'll investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

What We Don't Cover

We want to be honest with you about what falls outside our policy:

  • Change of mind — we're unable to accept returns for orders that arrived correctly and as described
  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout — please double-check your order before placing it. If you're unsure which size to order, email us before you buy and we'll help
  • Damage caused by improper care — washing on high heat, bleaching, or using fabric softener can damage bamboo viscose fibers. Please follow our care instructions

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Contact us at hector@coodlin.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, we're unable to cancel it.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
