Every Coodlin order ships free, no minimum required. No surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number the moment your package ships.

If you order on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

We want to be upfront with you: Coodlin ships internationally, and delivery times reflect that.

Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days from the date your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. Occasionally, customs processing or carrier delays can extend this window — but your tracking number will always tell you exactly where your package is.

We know waiting isn't fun, especially when you're this close to your first night on Coodlin sheets. We appreciate your patience, and we promise it's worth it.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at hector@coodlin.com and we'll look into it immediately.

A Note on Customs & Duties

Coodlin ships from our fulfillment partners internationally. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Most customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia do not experience additional fees — but we want to be transparent so there are never any surprises.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive within 35 business days of your ship date, please contact us immediately at hector@coodlin.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
